Modern Office

I was made to feel welcome from day one at AJS. The facilities are in fantastic condition and the staff that share the building are all friendly. I thought the pricing was very reasonable, and it included use of the shared kitchen, including milk and tea / coffee. The network is provided either by wireless or a cable. All in all, a very positive experience - thank you AJS!

"Our office is lovely and light, newly decorated and spacious. We have all the required fittings and connections to run our business and AJS do a fantastic job of maintaining the building, nothing is too much trouble for the team. The automatic light sensors everywhere are handy and everything always feels very secure with the access control and guest log in systems in reception.

There is always ample parking for our staff and we can always rely on Adam and Zoe (or anyone else who is around)

to help our team if we are in need.

AJS have been Beyond helpful and accommodating. A bright clean office, with 24/7 access & unlimited free coffee made our office experience next to none.

Due to the nature of our business we would come and go during the weekdays and weekends as needed, having the ability to do this after usual work hours was ideal. Post was always sorted and left out, along with parcels taken in and signed for when needed.

Everyone at AJS were all very helpful and friendly, along with the other businesses based here. Great car parking available on site. Sad to leave but wish AJS and others all the best for the future, if we ever need another office we’ll be back!

“I rented a hot desk at AJS Construct over many months whilst having extension work carried out on my home.  It was invaluable having a quiet place to go to which was very conveniently located for me, just a mile from my home.  I had my own “corner” so felt I had a base there whenever I went in.  The office had everything I needed to work effectively: spacious, quiet, a meeting room available as required, WiFi, kitchen facilities (tea and coffee is included in the cost) all at a reasonable price.  The staff at AJS are helpful, friendly and accommodating.  I would highly recommend AJS offices and can honestly say I miss the team and surroundings now that I am able work from home.”

"I can highly recommend renting an office space at AJS. The location is perfect for Baldock, as it’s right next door to Tesco’s and the High Street. Internet connection is really fast, particularly if you use ethernet. The team are friendly and very helpful. During the pandemic, it was reassuring that the Covid protocols were well observed. 

They have small office spaces as well as hot desks and I’ve used both. Being undisturbed in an office I found the most useful. It provided a focus I couldn’t get at home and I got a lot of work done in half the time.

All things considered, hot desking or office space is an investment well worth considering. They even offer free coffee.
